What do I need to join?

Choose an operating area and vehicle type in Moti Rider. Add your vehicle number and a national ID or passport number and photo. Upload a driving licence and logbook when required for your selected vehicle type. Your profile is reviewed before you can receive work.

Which deliveries can I accept?

Review the item, route, distance, and estimated earnings before accepting. Deliveries must match your approved vehicle type; not every automotive part is suitable for a motorcycle. You can have one active delivery at a time.

What do the earnings mean?

The amount on an opportunity is an estimate for that delivery, not guaranteed work or daily income. Complete the required handoffs and follow the recorded earnings in your wallet.

How do payouts work?

Pending earnings and available funds are different. Request a payout from available funds to your configured M-Pesa number, then follow its status in the app. A request is not confirmation of payment.
