What can I request on MOTI?

You can request spare parts, garage services, inspections, repairs, and other automotive help as MOTI expands. Add photos, voice notes, or vehicle details so vendors can quote accurately.

How do offers work?

Verified vendors respond to a request with price, availability, delivery or service terms, and notes. You compare offers before accepting the one that fits best.

Does MOTI still work without AI?

Yes. AI may help clarify intent or structure a request, but browsing offers, accepting offers, paying, tracking orders, and vendor responses must continue to work through manual flows.

How do vendors join?

Vendors can use the vendor flow to create a business profile, complete verification, subscribe where required, and start responding to customer requests.

Who do I contact for support?

How do I delete my account?

Open the MOTI app, go to account settings, choose delete account, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, email support@moti.app with the subject Account deletion request.
