Account deletion

You can delete your MOTI account from inside the app. If you cannot access the app, use the placeholder support contact below until official company details are finalized.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the MOTI app and sign in.
  2. Go to account settings.
  3. Select delete account.
  4. Choose a reason if prompted and confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@moti.app with the subject Account deletion request. Include the phone number or email address connected to your MOTI account so support can identify the profile.

What happens after deletion

The current backend deletes your Firebase login profile where possible, marks your user record as deleted, records deletion metadata, and anonymizes personal fields such as email, phone number, authentication UID, and profile image references.

Some anonymized records may remain where needed for order history, transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance. Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be restored.
